R&D Co-Creation

In the present times of Knowledge Economy, it is a critical requirement to have close interface between academia and industry for not just to prepare students as per the changing needs and aspirations of the industry, but also promoting Innovation and Research mind-set and skills. Hence at NMOS we always looking at universities/ collages for collaborating and be instrumental in advancing research and co-development, besides creating a skilled workforce which industry need and thereby achieve the following objectives:

  • Industry experts from NMOS or Eco-system of NMOS to share their expertise and work behaviour with students, giving them a comprehensive understanding of professional working
  • Help students find relevancy between theoretical and practical approaches
  • Together (NMOS team and academia team) conduct academic research and unearth practical implications in an industrial environment
  • Successfully execute Ideas by supporting required expertise
  • Instead of sending our employees on expensive training, NMOS would like to enhance the professionalism of our employees through their personal learning experiences by communicating and expressing their experience and ideas with students and getting feedback
  • NMOS can cut short our recruitment process by hiring the students with whom our team already working in collaboration with
